Humanly is a social enterprise that strives to support organisations to enable them to support their teams to be authentically human at work, and to strengthen their connection culture. By working with leaders and their people to co-create solutions that foster wellbeing, quality service delivery, innovation and productivity, resilience and adaptability to change, we are also helping to shape environments that humans can thrive in.

Humanly works closely with the disability sector, community organisations, SMEs and corporates, across Aotearoa New Zealand. We’re passionate about ‘human beings being human’, at home, at work, and in the community - something that has been overtaken in many parts of our busy, impersonal, technology-driven lives.
